All bonuses are governed first by any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion, and second by these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Bonus abuse: Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the conditions of a bonus — including but not limited to placing bets on opposing outcomes to lock in a guaranteed profit regardless of result, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — constitutes bonus abuse. bdt299 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances. Real-money funds are used first during gameplay unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only deemed accepted once bdt299's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a bet reference number. bdt299 reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not offered, and bets placed as a result of a technical fault in the platform.
